Pursuing your potential

Pursuing your potential is not found in attempting to be like someone else or achieving what someone else has achieved. It is a pursuit of the available reservoirs of potential within you. Sadly, few people come anywhere close to exhausting these resources within.

For the past 9 months I have been working with the 2013 Leadership Nampa class sponsored by the Nampa Chamber of Commerce. Today was our last session together and it has been my honor to work with this group to help them develop their leadership profiles. Everyone has been working diligently to develop who they are as leaders. They will continue on this journey in order to be prepared and ready when new leadership opportunities appear. The only limits to being who you want to be are the limits you put upon yourselves!

"Anything you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon must come to reality." - Paul J. Meyer
